Let me give some harsh words for your own benefit; and provoke you deliberately.
Obese women and men are really unpleasant view for me. Frankly speaking, I presume that fat people are untrustworthy and psychologically unfit.
Listen to common sense! Try to observe your weight and come closer to healthy and agreeable weight.
Ideal weight for women = (height in cm – 100) – ((height in cm – 150) / 2)
For a woman of 160 cm height the ideal weight is = 160 – 100 – (( 160 – 150 )/2 ) = 60 – 5 = 55 Kg.
Ideal weight for men = (height in cm – 100) ((height in cm – 150) / 4)
For a man of 170 cm height the ideal weight is = 170 – 100 – (( 170 – 150 )/4 ) = 70 – 5 = 65 Kg.
To get healthy lifestyle do the following:
1- Walk a lot
2- Enjoy house chores, but not cooking
3- Eat raw vegetables and fruits
4- Increase mental activities
5- Sleep and eat just enough
6- Limit your groceries
7- Feel guilty, but NOT too much
8- Drink juice and drop alcohol
9- Do your home repairs
10- Cut on fats and carbohydrates
